These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UrbanWild website at urbanwild.in and any services offered by Peak Born Pvt Ltd ("Peak Born", "UrbanWild", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India.

By accessing our website or registering your interest in our community or experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About UrbanWild

UrbanWild is a brand of Peak Born Pvt Ltd. We organise and facilitate outdoor adventure experiences, expeditions, and community events in India and internationally. Our website is an informational and registration platform; it does not constitute a binding booking or contract for any specific experience unless confirmed separately in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our platform or participate in our experiences. By submitting your details, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Participants under 18 may join specific youth programmes only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Community Registration

When you submit the community sign-up form, you are expressing interest in UrbanWild's activities. Registration does not guarantee a place on any specific experience. Confirmed participation in paid or capacity-limited experiences will be communicated separately, along with specific terms, pricing, and cancellation policies for that experience.

4. Experiences — Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Specific terms for each experience (including fees, payment schedules, cancellation and refund policies, and itinerary changes) will be provided at the time of booking. In general:

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment as specified
Cancellations by participants may attract cancellation charges depending on notice period
UrbanWild reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to safety concerns, insufficient participants, weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events; in such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered
Itineraries are subject to change; UrbanWild will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance

5. Health, Fitness & Risk Acknowledgement

Outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks including physical injury, illness, and in extreme cases, death. By participating in any UrbanWild experience, you acknowledge that:

You are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or medications to UrbanWild prior to the experience
You accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor and adventure activities
You will follow all safety instructions provided by UrbanWild leaders and guides

UrbanWild may require participants to complete a health declaration and/or sign a liability waiver before any experience. Failure to provide accurate health information may result in removal from an experience without refund.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, guides, and the natural environment with respect. UrbanWild reserves the right to remove any participant from an experience without refund if their behaviour endangers others, damages property, or is deemed incompatible with the community's values.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, photographs, and design — is the property of Peak Born Pvt Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If you share photos, testimonials, or other content with UrbanWild (including via social media or directly), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit where feasible. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Born Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or participation in our experiences. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific experience giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and do not endorse them. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
